Privacy

Clear about
your data.

This notice describes the limited personal data involved when you visit this website or contact Nekva Lab directly.

Responsible party

Nekva Lab, Geneva, Switzerland, is responsible for the data processing described here. Privacy enquiries can be sent to arthur@nekvalab.ch.

Website visits

This website currently uses no customer account, advertising tracker, or audience analytics. Normal web delivery may still create technical server logs containing an IP address, time, requested page, browser information, and error details.

Why technical data is processed

Technical request data may be processed to deliver the website, maintain security, prevent misuse, and diagnose errors. Logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or as required by the infrastructure provider.

Project enquiries

If you use the contact form or email Nekva Lab, your name, email address, project type, message, and any other information you provide are used to reply, assess a possible project, and manage an ongoing business relationship. Correspondence is kept only while it remains relevant or legally required.

Service providers

Website infrastructure, anti-abuse, and email providers may process technical or correspondence data on Nekva Lab's behalf. Contact form submissions are protected with Cloudflare Turnstile and, when automatic delivery is enabled, transmitted through Resend. If delivery is not configured, the form opens your own email application with the details filled in.

Your choices and rights

You may request information about your personal data and ask for inaccurate data to be corrected or data to be deleted where applicable. Contact arthur@nekvalab.ch.

Cookies

Nekva Lab does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this notice and any required preference controls will be updated before those technologies are enabled.
